PRC adds requirements for June 2022 licensure exams

THE Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has reminded physical therapists, criminologists, architects and professional teachers of the additional requirements for taking the licensure examinations in June 2022.

Examinees must bring a printout of their accomplished Infromed Consent (Annex A), Health Declaration Form (Annex B), and Notice of Admission (NOA).

Fully vaccinated examinees only need to present their vaccination card and a photocopy of it.

Unvaccinated and partially vaccinated examinees, however, need to present a negative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test result taken 72 hours prior to scheduled examination; or antigen/saliva testing result taken 24 hours prior to the scheduled exam.

All examinees are also encouraged to bring their packed lunch, snacks, water, a plastic envelope and a long envelope.

"We apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused everyone, especially the examinees," the PRC said.

Below is the schedule and venue of examinations:

Physical therapists, occupational therapists - June 3 to 4 at Cebu Doctors University

Criminologists - June 12 to 14 at the University of Cebu campuses

Architects - June 17 and 19, venue to be announed

Professional teachers - June 26 at the University of Cebu campuses.
