POLICE officers from Talisay City, Moalboal and Badian arrest one of three suspects behind the murder and robbery of a 62-year-old Chinese-Filipino woman in Barangay Tabunok, Talisay City earlier Sunday, November 4.

Jay-R Banilad was arrested while hiding in Barangay Tigbao, Badian at around 4 a.m. earlier today.

Recovered from his possession was a .45 caliber pistol with seven ammunition.

Banilad and two still-unidentified companions were allegedly responsible for robbing and murdering Victoria Loa last Saturday, November 3.

Police are still conducting hot pursuit operation for the two other suspects. (JKV)
