Talisay City Health offering free circumcision

MORE than 300 children from the different barangays have been circumcised since the Talisay City Health Office started offering free circumcision on July 8, 2022.

The free surgical operation will be held every Friday until August 26. this year.

Mayor Gerald Anthony "Samsam" Gullas posted on his FB page encouraging the Talisaynons to avail of the free tuli (circumcision), especially the children, who are on school breaks.

During the start of the activity held at the City Hall grounds on July 8, the Talisay City health personnel headed by Dr. Lino Alanzado were able to administer circumcision to 152 children, and another 206 children from barangays Lawaan 1, 2, and 3, Mohon, Linao, Maghaway, Tapul and Biasong on July 15 at the Mohon gymnasium.

The succeeding activities will be held at the Lagtang Rural Health Unit on July 22 for barangays Lagtang, Jaclupan, Campo 4 and Manipis, Bulacao gym on July 29 for barangays Candulawan, Bulacao, Tabunok and Nonoc, Dumlog gymn on August 5 for barangay Dumlog, Template Church in Barangay Poblacion on August 12 for barangays Poblacion and Cansojong, San Roque gym on August 19 for barangays San Roque and Tangke, and San Isidro gym on August 26 for barangay San Isidro.
