EVERYBODY seems to be defending the operation of motorcycles-for-hire like Angkas. It’s okay because the fare for Angkas is already determined. But what about the habal-habal?

Habal-habal drivers are the worst. Their fares are astronomical, with some of them even asking for fare that is the same or as high as that of the taxi. Mas maayo pa ang taxi kay makalingkod tag tarong, unya air-conditioned pa.
