IF I may, I wish to suggest to the honorable City Mayor of Cebu to brighten up some more the lights surrounding the Fuente Osmena Circle.

I understand, though, that the City cannot put up more lights for logistical reasons. However, the City can engage the participation of all the business establishments around the area by having each one sponsor the lighting of a tree inside the circle and foot the electricity bill for the same.

And I would like to believe that their sense of social responsibility will elicit generosity this joyful holiday season.
