Tell It to SunStar: Slow, sloppy work in Mananga Bridge

Sunnexdesk

By Boboy Bas, Talisay City

Why is the repair of the Mananga Bridge in Talisay City taking so long? I pass by there every day at various times of the day and what I see are only a handful of people doing really slow work.

And it seems like most of the works are done manually, with no aid of machines or heavy equipment.

Why is this so? While they are doing sloppy work, we the public are inconvenienced to a sickening extent and there’s a lot of money wasted while we maneuver through endless traffic. I think the Talisay City Government should look into this since it is its citizens who are suffering.
