Tell it to SunStar: Trash heap in Lahug

THERE are big piles of garbage in Lahug area. This is right on the sidewalk, near where Handuraw Restaurant used to be. There’s also another one near UP. They have been there for weeks now. Do we even have a government who takes care of garbage collection? (Loy San Pedro, Lahug, Cebu City)
