Tell it to SunStar: Urgello quarantine violators

Sunnexdesk

By a concerned citizen

I FEEL for officials of Barangay Sambag 1, Cebu City.

They have one arm tied behind their back in trying to deal with children who habitually violate quarantine protocols.

I’m talking about the children who come out late at night and play on J. Urgello St. Granted, they are children and they need some outlet for their boundless energy, but violating the 11 p.m. curfew and not wearing masks nor observing social distancing is not the way to do it, especially when Cebu City is experiencing a rise in coronavirus cases.

I think the police should step in and lend a helping hand so the matter can be addressed once and for all.
