The average South Korean can choose between three major private internet providers –SKT, KT and LG U+ – and pay less than $30 a month for the fastest Internet in the world.

Koreans pay P1,560 a month for the fastest Internet in the world. I pay PLDT P2,220 a month for the slowest Internet in the world.

Now when more and more college education from good schools in the U.S. is affordable, even free, online, an aware Philippine Government would invite the Korean government to be Internet service providers here in the Philippines. Antonio Padua
