Aliasot ends hiatus, battles Carcosia

Sunnexdesk

CEBU-based trainer and boxer Jay-Ar Aliasot makes his ring return after a two-year layoff as he takes on unbeaten up-and-comer Presco Carcosia in one of the main featured bouts of “Brawl at the Mall 13” on Oct. 20, 2019 at the Robinsons Mall Atrium in Gen. Santos City.

The 24-year-old Aliasot was sidelined back in 2017 after dislocating his right shoulder in a fight with Carlo Demecillo in Catmon.

He was one of the more promising fighters in a deep roster of prospects, that included Jhack Tepora and Christian Araneta, at the Omega Boxing Gym.

He took a rest from boxing because of his injury and became a trainer at the Gladiator Gym in Talamban.

Aliasot is 6-2 with five knockouts, while Carcosia is 6-0-1 with six knockouts. (EKA)
