Carcosia spoils Aliasot's comeback

UNBEATEN up-and-comer Presco Carcosia spoiled Jay-Ar Aliasot’s comeback after stopping him in four rounds in one of the main features of “Brawl at the Mall 13” on Oct. 20, 2019 at the Robinsons Mall Atrium in Gen. Santos City.

Aliasot came into the fight coming off a long layoff after a shoulder injury in 2017.

Carcosia proved to a very promising prospect and remained unbeaten with a 7-0-1 slate with seven knockouts.

Aliasot dropped to 6-3 with five knockouts.

Former World Boxing Association (WBA) light flyweight king Randy Petalcorin (31-3-1, 23 KOs) walked away with a unanimous decision over Reymark Taday (9-11-1, 4 KOs) in the main event.

Undefeated Dave Apolinario (12-0, 7 KOs) stopped Arnold Garde (10-9-3, 4 KOs) in the first round. (EKA)
