CEBUANO guard Jerick Cañada was named one of the ASEAN Basketball League’s All-Time Top 10 list during the launching of the league’s 10th season at the Conrad Hotel in Pasay on Thursday, Oct. 10, 2019.

Cañada, a product of Don Bosco, steered both the Hi-Tech Bangkok City and the Indonesia Warriors to the very top of the league.

He was also named as the finals Most Valuable Player during the Warriors’ title run in 2014.

Two other Filipinos made the prestigious list. Three-time ABL Local MVP Bobby Ray Parks Jr., and 2012 Local MVP Leo Avenido were also named to the all-time great list.

Parks played in the ABL for three seasons, winning the league’s MVP trophy in all three years while winning the championship during the eighth season of the league. He has averages of 16.9 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 3.6 assists per game in the ABL.

THREAT. According to a Capitol consultant, the Cebu City Government is threatening to shut down the Cebu North Bus Terminal at the back of SM City Cebu (left) and the Cebu South Bus Terminal along N.
