Coach K Skillz Academy to conduct camps in Loon, Bohol and Minglanilla

Jonas N. Panerio

RENOWNED basketball skills coach Michael Cenabre and University of the Philippines Fighting Maroons assistant coach Moriah Gingerich are set to impart their basketball knowledge on the aspiring basketball players of Loon, Bohol in the Coach K Basketball Skillz Academy at the Tangnan covered court on December 17-22, 2019.

Backed by the local government of Loon along with Lopez Land Realty and Brokerage and Alona Tourist Services, Bohol, the camp is open to all boys and girls aged 18 years old and below. Participants would be getting a free t-shirt and a basketball.

Then, on December 26-30, the camp makes its way to Ward 4 in Minglanilla. This time, the camp would be having two UAAP players in attendance — Minglanilla’s own pride and joy, Steve Nash Enriquez, who is now playing for the National University Bullpups and Jerom Lastimosa, a budding star for the Adamson Soaring Falcons.

Tinago Barangay Hall, shown here on May 2, 2024, received a “Notice of Violation” from Cebu City’s Task Force Gubat sa Baha for the concrete wall behind it that lies within the three-meter easement zone of the Estero de Parian. /
