JCI Metro routs Woodpeckers

THE JCI Metro Cebu Uptown shot down the Okoume Woodpeckers, 121-94, in the Metro Cebu Basketball League Season 5 RAD Teamwear Cup at the City Sports Club-Cebu basketball court on Sunday, Dec. 8, 2019.

Arnel Suan led the way for JCI with his 29 points, seven rebounds and four assists.

The ST Club also emerged with a 111-104 win over the Hotshots as DK Dabon had 23 points and seven rebounds. The Barracudas also took a huge chunk out of AME in their 104-94 win, that was sparked by the 35 points, six rebounds, eight assist and five steals of Rey Gonzaga.

Meanwhile, Air22 brought down the Enablers, 123-89, behind Lyndon Nadela’s 28 points, five boards, three assists and three steals, while Freeasia outlasted the Gulfwar, 94-85. (JNP)
