Kapatagan ready to rumble in Mindanao leg of VisMin Cup

The Kapatagan Buffalo Braves are raring to see action in the Mindanao leg of the 2021 Chooks-to-Go Pilipinas VisMin Super Cup, which is slated to tip off later this month.

Representing a province in Lanao del Norte, the Buffalo Braves will be led by former PBA players Teytey Teodoro and Renz Palma. Teodoro once suited up for Barangay Ginebra while Palma used to play for Blackwater and Alaska.

Also on the squad are a couple of products of the Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation Inc. (CESAFI) in former University of Cebu guard Carlos Tabaquero and James Incio.

Reinforcing the Buffalo Braves are Ryan Costelo, Shaq Alanes, Christian Fajarito, Alex Mandreza as well as Jay Ar Ng Sang, Jamil Gabawan, and Paul Siarot. Also making the roster are Eduardo Doroteo, King Astrero, Genmar Bragais, Marlon Monte, Joel Sollano, and Jeoffrey Acain. The team will be coached by Cris Bautista.

Kapatagan is the ninth team in the Mindanao leg. They will be competing against the Pagadian Explorers, JPS Zamboanga City, Alayon Zamboanga del Sur, Iligan City Archangels, Roxas Vanguards, Ozamis Cotta and the Basilan Peace Riders. (JNP)
