Former Cebu Shark Ian Ortega was unstoppable in that game as he flirted with a rare triple-double after tallying 29 points, six rebounds and six assists to help Silogan ni Gian move up to 3-0 (win-loss) in Bracket A. Baluarte Civ Mech Engineering Services remained winless in two games so far.

In the other game, the WhiteWolves edged the Bok Tea Blazers, 85-84. Clint Remedio scored 18 points and hauled down 11 rebounds to lead the way for a WhiteWolves squad that now boasts a perfect 3-0 mark in Bracket D. Bok Team fell to 0-2 for the season. (JNP)
