SHS-Adc, UV face off in Passerelle finals

THE Sacred Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu (SHS-AdC) Magis Eagles will renew their rivalry against the University of the Visayas (UV) Baby Lancers as the two squads advanced to the finals of the Passerelle division of the BEST Center SBP Passerelle Twin Tournament backed by Milo.

SHS-AdC and UV hurdled their respective semifinal rivals on Monday, Sept. 9, 2019, at the Ateneo de Cebu basketball court on General Maxilom Ave., Cebu City.

SHS-AdC absolutely thrashed Southwestern University-Phinma (SWU-Phinma), 56-26, while UV rallied late to upend the University of San Carlos, 41-32.

The two squads will face off in the finals on Sunday at the Alta Vista Country Club. That game is at 10:15 a.m.

SHS-AdC leaned on a 15-4 run in the third period to take a 23-point lead to the fourth period.
