WHEELTEK will be heading to the playoffs of the Duterte Basketball League Cebu after they finished the elimination round with a flourish, defeating the Unicorns, 65-54, last Sunday, May 15, at the Capitol Parish Gym.

Marvin Seno led Wheeltek with 13 points as they ended the elims with a clean 5-0 record in Bracket A. The Unicorns, meanwhile, dropped to 3-2.

Over in Bracket B, TSO edged Angel Mary, 62-56, to end up with an unblemished 5-0 card. Jhay Castro led the way with 20 points and five boards. Angel Mary finished the elims with a 3-2 record.

The Rasenta Builders crushed the CSIB, 74-43, to finish their elimination round with a 4-1 slate in Bracket C. Kevlo topped Bracket C with a clean 5-0 card. (JNP)
