A WHOPPING 143 teams are set to compete in the largest 3x3 basketball tournament this side of the country has ever seen in the Wilson 3x3 Basketball Challenge in Partnership with Chooks-to-Go Season 3 that unfurls at the City Sports Club-Cebu basketball court on Sunday, Jan. 12, 2020.

The 143 squads will be competing in four different age groups, namely the 12-under, 15-under, 17-under and the 19-under.

The number of participating teams represents the largest number the tournament has ever seen in its brief yet colorful history, further solidifying its goal of supporting basketball at the grassroots level.

Organized by Jax Sports, the champion teams of this competition will earn the right to represent Cebu in the national finals that will be held in Manila in May 2020. (JNP)
