AS AN early start to the festival season, Seda Abreeza gathered its friends and for a preview of what’s to come in the most festive Kadayawan Festival to date.

It’s the fifth Kadayawan season for the hotel since it welcomed its guest in 2013. As part of its year-long 5th anniversary celebration, Seda Abreeza partners with the Davao icons—Philippine Eagle Foundation, Tadeco, Malagos Cheeses, and Malagos Chocolates, and offer the festival revelers an all-Davao cultural and culinary experience.

From food to entertainment, room offers to champion a cause, guests at the kickoff party had first dibs on Seda’s offerings across the hotel this August—an on-going tradition for the sustainability and preservation of wildlife for its room promotions, and a number of specialty drinks, dishes, and spreads with Davao’s finest products.

Diola, the iconic mother of Pag-Asa, takes her post again as main attraction at the hotel’s lobby. Her presence will raise awareness on the importance of the Philippine Eagle Center’s preservation program.

Aiding the PEF’s efforts, Seda Hotels continues its share in wildlife conservation. Guests who will avail the Best Available Rates from August to September 2018 will get the chance to help in this noble cause, whichever Seda Hotel they are checking in.

“This initiative is for the benefit of the Bird Ambassadors in the Philippine Eagle Center, which are often presented in the organization’s Keeper Talks – part of the center’s information and education drives. As a chain, Seda sees the importance of this conservation mission campaign and is one in making this partnership happen once more,” shared Seda Abreeza hotel manager, Ken Kapulong.

Misto will show off its culinary muscle with its Kadayawan specials on the ala carte menu with the Pan-Seared Red Snapper Fillet withMalagos Blue Goat Cheese Sauce and Crispy Prawns with mangosteen chili sauce; and on the buffet spread from August 16-18 with Pomelo and Prawn Salad, Beef Shank Pochero with Sagingna Saba, Malagos Cheeses, Durian Panna Cotta, Malagos Dark Chocolate Cheesecake, Banoffee Tart.

For a real deal Davao treat all month long, try the Malagos Cheese platter and pair it with the recommended wines, and the Malagos Chocolates and TADECO’s export-quality bananas come in one smooth Choco Banana Blend. For cocktails, cool off with the Kadayawan Martinis in three flavors—Sky Martini, Harvest Martini, and Pomelo Martini.

To make the celebration complete, cultural performances will also be shown in Misto on the 3rd week of August which features Madayaw Cultural Ensemble.

These are good reasons to celebrate with and at Seda Abreeza this Kadayawan 2018!
