IN A grand carnival celebration, multi-awarded developer Grand Land Inc. threw a grand party last August 6 at the Grand Regal Hotel to revel on its Davao projects’ recent milestones.

The Mardi Gras-themed thanksgiving party gathered 300 people, including company heads, top sellers, brokers, agents, and project partners.

The lavish party was in celebration of the developer’s recent awards from Property Guru: Best Mid-End Condo Development for Amani Grand Citygate Davao and Best Mixed-Use Development for The Grand Citygate.

“We are very grateful and proud that just in two years since we entered the Davao market, we were already recognized in our efforts to bring nothing but quality development projects,” said Noel Jan Te, Grand Land brand and marketing assistant.

He shared that the Amani Grand Citygate condominium was already sold out.

The lifestyle-centric, London-inspired condominium is located along Buhangin-Cabantian road. It will rise on a 2.8-hectare area beside Gaisano Grand Mall. The condominium is targeted to be turned over to investors by 2022.

Meanwhile, the developer also took the chance during the party to formally launch its next vertical project, The Piazza at Amani Grand Citygate Davao.

To rise on a one-hectare property, the 13-storey The Piazza will have around 700 units. It will feature a European-inspired architecture design. At present, the project is still on its pre-selling stage.

“We are looking to launch more projects in the future that will have new takes in architecture design and concepts,” he said.
