Dear Walter L.,

There are foods that are on the list, though there is no scientific evidence to prove their claims. Here are some for you to have some feast.

1. Watermelon (19l-fritz1.jpg)

There are claims that this fruit have a compound comparable to what are found in the erectile dysfunction medications, such that this can get your sex drive moving. But, most of it is loaded with water and the rest is lycopene, which is good for the heart, prostate and skin.

2. Oysters (19l-fritz2.jpg)

These shellfish can boost your testosterone level and is also rich in zinc, helping you with your sex drive. But, be sure they are properly cooked.

3. Coffee (19l-fritz3.jpg)

A study found that men who drank two to three cups of coffee a day have lesser chances of erectile dysfunction. But, if you’re not a coffee fan, then, get your caffeine from teas, sodas and sports drinks.

4. Dark Chocolate (19l-fritz4.jpg)

Chocolate is rich in flavanols which can increase blood flow and lower blood pressure. It can also help your body make nitric oxide, which can make erections a lot better.

5. Walnuts (19l-fritz5.jpg)

These nuts have lots of arginine, which can help your body make nitric oxide. They are also packed with vitamin E, folic acid and fiber. But, don’t overdo them as they are high in calories.

Opps! We have more things to talk about. Let’s talk more about this in the next issue. Until then!

Dr. Fritz
