15 injured in vehicular accident along Diversion

FIFTEEN individuals were injured in a vehicular accident along Diversion Road in Davao City on Wednesday afternoon, March 30.

In a report from Davao City Central 911, the accident happened at 5:04 p.m. in La Vista Monte, Balusong Extension, Diversion Road.

According to the report, the accident resulted from a collision between a medium-sized vehicle, a van, and three motorcycles.

Central 911 said that upon follow-up call around 5:30 p.m., two patients were conscious and were already outside their vehicle.

The 911 dispatchers immediately dispatched their operatives for rescue and medical operation.

Four patients were transported around 6:15 p.m. to the Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC), while 11 patients declined to transfer to a hospital.

According to netizens, who were around the area, the accident resulted in a heavy traffic along Talomo area.
