Over 20K beneficiaries delisted from 4Ps

A TOTAL of 20,436 beneficiaries have been delisted from the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) in Davao Region, said the Department of Social Welfare and Development-Davao Region (DSWD-Davao).

In the data provided by the DSWD-Davao to SunStar Davao on May 16, 2023, from January to March this year, common reasons why the 4Ps beneficiaries were delisted as they were validated to be non-poor households and non-compliance.

DSWD-Davao said about 20,430 were delisted in the region due to being a non-poor household – Davao del Norte tops the most number of delisted beneficiaries with 5,985 cases.

Davao de Oro recorded 4,493 delisted grantees, Davao del Sur with 3,332, Davao Occidental with 2,406 delisted grantees, Davao City with 2,243 delisted grantees, and Davao Oriental with 1,971 delisted grantees.

In the non-compliance of 4Ps initiatives, a total of six grantees were delisted – four from Davao de Oro, and two in Davao del Norte.

In 2022, DSWD-Davao recorded a total of 15,269 delisted grantees, commonly due to disqualification, no eligible (0 to 18 years old) for Compliance Verification System (CVS) monitoring (certified by the Regional Program Management Office), aging inactive status in the program, misbehavior, non-compliance and waived.
