DAVAO City Water District bared in a e-mailed statement that a water service interruption is scheduled on Friday, January 25, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. affecting the entire Vista Verde and Empress Subd. in Sasa.

DCWD needs to temporarily shut off water supply in affected areas to give way to the tapping of the installed pipeline from the junction of Australia Street in Vista Verde II to Empress Subdivision for the water service connection of Lyceum of the Philippines University.

DCWD general manager Engr. Edwin V. Regalado asked for the understanding and cooperation of would-be affected customers and advises them to store enough water prior to the schedule.

DCWD said water supply may be restored earlier if work goes smoothly or later if unforeseen problems arise. (PR)
