HOST Davao Region Athletic Association (Davraa) delegation will hold its one-month training for the Palarong Pambansa 2019 in March.

Janette Veloso, Department of Education Davao regional office (Deped 11) curriculum and learning management division chief, bared this in a phone interview with SunStar Davao Friday, February 15.

She said, "Sa second week of March magsugod ang quartering hangtud sa April sa Mintal Central Elementary School. Davraa, according to her, will have a 690-member delegation of athletes, coaches and officials.

"Kung apil ang mga committees like food and medical na mag-stay sa adjacent Mintal Comprehensive National High School, muabot sa

750 siguro ang Davraa delegation (Davraa delegation will reach about 750 including the food and medical committees who will be staying at the Mintal Comprehensive National High School)," she said.

Advance party of the other 16 regional delegations will also start arriving in March. Veloso said the advance party will set up the billeting centers of their respective delegations.

However, she said each region has the option to trim the number of its delegates.
