Sulit, Palacio share Datba youth honors

ENZO Sulit and Jezly Palacio emerged champions in their respective divisions as the Datba Youth monthly finals tournament held Sunday at the SM Lanang Premier Bowling Center in Davao City.

Sulit, with a handicap of 35, hit a total of 471 pinfalls after three games to rule the juniors division of the meet organized by the Davao Tenpin Bowlers Association (Datba).

Clark Tancontian, who also has a handicap of 35, placed second by rolling 418 pins. Althea Aquiatan finished third.

In the youth division, Palacio bested Robin Tamondong and Chad Tancontian for the crown.

The winners received medals and gift certificates (Starbucks and Razon’s).

Most of the participants are children of current Datba members.

The next youth finals, according to Datba president Rameses Tancontian, is slated August. (MLSA)
