2 most wanted persons arrested by Central Visayas police

AT LEAST two most wanted persons with monetary rewards for their arrest covered under the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) were nabbed in separate police operations recently.

The suspects were tracked down by the Center for Public Safety Analysis (CPSA) of the Police Regional Office (PRO) in Central Visayas.

“The Center for Public Safety Analysis once again proved its capacity to track down suspects through its in-depth analysis and intelligence-led approach with the help of the community,” said PRO 7 Director Brigadier General Jerry Bearis.

One of the suspects, Demetrio Pegarido, who is charged with rape, was arrested in Valencia City, Bukidnon on February 28, 2023 after police personnel of Guihulngan City, Negros Oriental, together with the Special Tracker Team of Valencia City Police Station and Bukidnon Police Provincial Office traced his location.

The second suspect, Isidro Kadusale, was arrested on January 7, 2023 by the operatives of 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company of the Negros Oriental Police Provincial Office and Rodriguez Rizal Municipal Police Station.

Kadusale has been accused of arson and two counts of frustrated murder. (AYB, TPT)
