THREE men were arrested for violation of Republic Act 7832 or the Anti-Pilferage Act in Pasay City.

Arrested were Joel Soriano, 35; Redonde Flores, 42; and Alberto Gudao, all jobless and residents of Pasay.

They were caught by police and personnel of the Manila Electric Company (Meralco) illegally tapping electricity using telecom wires around 11 a.m. Friday, April 5.

The arresting personnel were led by Patrolmen Florentino San Juan Jr., Angelo Tevo, and Lino Martinez, who were assigned at the Regional Mobile Force Battalion of the National Capital Region Police Office. (Al Padilla/SunStar Philippines)
