433 bettors hit 6/55 Grand Lotto jackpot

A TOTAL of 433 bettors hit the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) 6/55 Grand Lotto with a jackpot prize of P236,091,188.40, making it first in the history of the Philippines.

At the 9 p.m. draw of the PCSO, 433 people got the winning combination of 09-45-36-27-18-54, all were divisible by nine.

The winning bettors will get P545,254.24 each.

It was the first time that over 400 bettors won the jackpot prize of a single winning combination.

The most winning bettor next to it happened in January but there were only four winning bettors. They split P42,945,708.20 in the Lotto 6/42 draw.

In May, three bettors won a total jackpot of P43,912,343.80, also in the Lotto 6/42 draw. (SunStar Philippines)
