Police arrest 3 suspects, seize P17-M shabu

THREE persons were arrested and P17.5 million worth of methamphetamine hydrochloride (shabu) were seized in a drug bust in Caloocan City, outgoing Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief General Debold Sinas said on Thursday, May 6, 2021.

Josephine Mago, 59, Jane Mago, 23, and Bon Jovi Angeles, 25, were arrested in Barangay 188, Tala, Caloocan City on Wednesday, May 5, 2021.

Seized during the operation were approximately 2,575 grams of shabu valued at P17.51 million. These were placed inside packs labeled as tea in Chinese characters.
