Storm chasers in Cagayan to document 'Ompong'

STORM chaser James Reynolds is again in the Philippines to document another monster typhoon.

Reynolds, founder of Earth Uncut TV which documents extreme forces of nature and natural disasters, is in Santa Ana, Cagayan province in northeast Luzon to document Typhoon Ompong (international name Mangkhut).

Based on his Twitter post on Friday, September 14, strong winds were starting to batter the province as of 6 p.m.

Cagayan and northern Isabela have been placed under Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal (TCWS) Number 4 as of 4 p.m. Friday.
