The hotel which is famed of its Filipino architecture offers the perfect dining experience for guests to share with their loved ones. Celebrity Chefs Roland and Jackie Laudico has prepared this year, a heart-warming culinary affair at the hotel’s Café Uno.

The Laudicos, known for several restaurants in Manila: Guevarra’s by Chef Laudico in San Juan; OK Café in Renaissance; Patisserie Filipino by Chef Jac Laudico in SM Megamall; Bistro Filipino by Chef Laudico in BGC; and Chef Laudico’s Feast in SM Clark, are huge advocates of promoting Filipino cuisine.

Collaborating with the culinary teams of Waterfront Mactan, Cebu, and finally, Davao, they’ve all put together a spread of culinary masterpieces that are deliciously Pinoy.

Guests can look forward to a bountiful and even more festive Christmas lunch buffet with old-time favorites and popular comfort food that present new and enticing flavors that appeal to the palate.
