Abandoned baby girl, 5, seeks parents, kin

THE Asilo de la Milagrosa is looking for the parents or immediate relatives of a female child, Yve Heulidicy Quidlat, who was left by her birth mother in the center on Oct. 13, 2015.

The parents and immediate relatives of Yve Heulidicy are requested to immediately visit or call the Asilo and look for social worker Risa Johanna N. Neri from Monday to Sunday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or call (032) 232-2443.

Failure to come to Asilo de la Milagrosa within one month beginning today would mean declaration of the child’s abandonment for adoption through the Department of Social Welfare and Development pursuant to Republic Act 9523 or “An Act Requiring Certification of the Department of Social Welfare and Development to Declare a Child Legally Available for Adoption as a Prerequisite for Adoption Proceedings.”

Asilo de la Milagrosa, is a licensed and accredited child-caring agency dedicated to the service of babies, toddlers, children and youth whose families are unable to care for them due to death, sickness, poverty and other social situations.
