THE giant network ABS-CBN said there is no truth to rumors of Willie Revillame's return to his noontime show "Wowowee".
"Ang mga lumalabas na bali-balita tungkol kay Willie Revillame at sa Wowowee ay mga espekulasyon lamang," the Kapamilya network statement read.
ABS-CBN Corporate Communications Head Bong Osorio said the management and Revillame were able to talk on the options available for the host after his indefinite break.
"But there is still no final plans yet," he added.
"Kung mayroon mang pagbabagong magaganap, ito'y opisyal na ipahahayag ng ABS-CBN sa takdang panahon," ABS-CBN noted.
Last May, Revillame threatens the network that he will resign if it won't fire out entertainment columnist and host Jobert Sucaldito.
Sucaldito questioned the preference of Revillame in picking students who will play in Wowowee.
