Property developer Alsons Development & Investment Corp. (Alsons Dev) will build a Public Safety Complex in a 10-hectare property in Cabantian, Buhangin District.

Jolla A. Soriaga, assistant general manager of the business units group, told reporters after the groundbreaking of the 2.5 ha. The Club at Northtown last Saturday that the 1,500 square-meter complex will house the Central 911 and fire and police stations which will service Cabantian and neighboring villages.

The complex is part of the 10-hectare town center which will also include commercial establishments, educational institutions, and community support facilities.

"We are donating land and building for the city government," Soriaga said.

The Club is Northtown's 2.5 ha. community hub for wellness, events, sports, and recreation.

A sports complex will have an outdoor tennis court, covered basketball court, badminton court, and football field. (RJL)
