MANILA -- President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino is also ready to move on after 27 years since his father was assassinated.

Palace aide Ricky Carandang said the President would most likely share the same view with four sisters who said that their father’s death is already a closed book.

“I would assume that the President feels the same way as his sisters,” Carandang said in a press briefing Friday.

He meanwhile said that the Aquino family will still continue with the legal process.

“The hurt I suppose is still there, like most things that are very painful to you emotionally. But they have moved on and there are still processes that are nearing final decision so I think they are contented to just allow the process to go through,” he noted. (Jill Beltran/Sunnex)
