A SUSPECTED Akyat Bahay gang member was arrested last Monday night after he was caught breaking inside a house in a subdivision in Barangay Pakigne, Minglanilla, Cebu.

Police recovered a .357 revolver loaded with three bullets from suspect Ronnie Egas, 18.

Egas was first caught by the owner’s brother in the vicinity of the house.

Egas reportedly failed to present documents to the police that would allow him to own and carry the gun.

He will be charged with qualified trespassing and illegal possession of firearm and ammunition. (JKV)
