Police identified the fatality as Rahmier Joseph Felices. The incident happened last Saturday night.

Last Tuesday, three persons died while two others were injured in separate vehicular accidents in the City of Naga, Toledo City and San Fernando last Tuesday.

In the case of Felices, investigation showed the boy was with a family that went to a beach in Tabuelan.

The family rented the government-owned bus, which was driven by Duane Bacolod.

The boy was reportedly playing in the bus when the vehicle was already heading back to Cebu City.

Bacolod reportedly told the Felices to behave, but the boy continued to move around.

Felices fell after he opened the door of the moving bus.

He was rushed to Sogod District Hospital, where he died a few hours later. A police autopsy on Felices’s body showed the boy suffered severe injuries in the liver and his ribs were fractured.

Felices’s mother, Myrna, will not press charges against Bacolod, saying the driver had no fault over her son’s death.
