A UNIVERSITY of San Carlos-Talamban Campus graduate ranked fourth in the January 2017 Architecture Licensure Board Exam held in Manila, Cebu, Baguio and Legaspi last January 27 and 29.

Keshia Stephanie Lim garnered a score of 82.30 percent in the examination and the only Cebuana to be included in the top ten list.
