REGIONAL Trial Court Branch 15 Judge Ridgway Tanjili has reset the direct and cross examination of one of the accused in the murder of an Australian national in 2008.

Corazon Donato's trial was rescheduled on March 30 and 31 for lack of material time.

Donato, together with Mark John Hanginan and April Jay Juezan, are accused of killing Philip Andrew Aitken in October 2008.

One of the accused, Migueleo Demain, was recommended to be a state witness.

The victim's body was already in its early stage of decomposition when found in a shallow grave, about three feet deep, in upscale Guadalupe Village in Lanang last October 20.
