THE Civil Service Commission (CSC) Northern Mindanao has launched the 2010 Regional Awards to be conferred during the 110th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary celebration in September this year.

Lawyer Lourdes Clavite-Vidal, CSC regional director, said the search is for the following categories: Outstanding Head of Agency/Local Chief Executive, Outstanding Human Resource Management Practitioner, Outstanding Agency, Most Gender-Responsive Agency, Best Bilis Aksyon Partner, and Gantimpala Agad Award under the Mamamayan Muna program.

Vidal said nomination from the general public is highly encouraged.

“It is believed that many outstanding public servants deserve to be given awards for exemplifying integrity and best performance,” she said.

Nomination forms, which can be reproduced, are available at the CSC office at Vamenta Blvd. in Carmen.

Vidal said nomination forms may be submitted to the CSC-X Regional Office in Carmen or to any of the CS Field Offices located in all provincial capitals in Malaybalay City, Iligan City, Oroquieta City and in Mambajao, Camiguin.

Deadline for the submission of nomination is on August 25, 2010. (PR)
