THE Land Transportation Office (LTO) 7 will open a Driver’s License Renewal Office (DLRO) at Robinsons Fuente in Cebu City and ICM Mall in Tagbilaran City, Bohol.

LTO 7 Director Alita Pulga said the DLRO at SM City Cebu can only entertain limited transactions due to technical problems after the Philippine Long Distance Telephone (PLDT) suffered a fiber optic break in the area.

The PLDT, though, provided temporary connection.

“That’s why the DLRO experienced more downtime and errors or the Mandaue City Licensing Center,” Pulga said.
