DPWH lines up P12-B infra projects

THE Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) announced that it has already completed the implementation of 102 infrastructure projects this year in Zamboanga Peninsula.

Carla Miñoza, DPWH information officer, said the 102 completed projects are part of the 536 infrastructure projects they have lined up for implementation this year in the region.

Miñoza said the 536 projects lined up for the region is worth P12 billion.

Miñoza said the completed projects for the region include construction, repair and upgrading of roads, opening of the by-pass road, bridges, and various other infrastructure projects.

The implementation 359 of the 536 infrastructure projects is ongoing, while the remaining 75 are on pre-construction stage, according to Miñoza.

She said Singson's guiding principles include the following: implement the right project at the right cost; right quality; delivered right on time; and, carried out by the right people. (Bong Garcia)
