TWO months after her business permit was revoked, controversial event organizer Kat Dalisay on Wednesday met with Davao City Vice Mayor Paolo Z. Duterte and reconciled.

Dalisay uploaded a photo in her Facebook account, posing with Duterte with a caption "It wasn't really personal after all".

"Very grateful to our Vice Mayor, for giving me and Manic Nightnings a second chance. Thank you so much sir, from the bottom of my heart. Mabuhay po kayo!," Dalisay said. READ: No more parties in Davao City?

Dalisay, however, refused to give further details.

The 17th City Council recommended for the revocation of Dalisay's business permit for alleged violations committed under the 2005 Davao City Revenue Code on July 22.

According to some city councilors, Dalisay allegedly did not pay the right taxes.

But Dalisay insisted that she complied with the necessary obligations after the event.

Dalisay's friends were elated by the positive development of the issue.

Netizen Joni Galan commented on Dailsay's photo, "Yes, dayun na gyud ang Carte Blanche 2014 ani #excited”.

Another netizen Mikoy Tongco said, “...yehey!!! Looking forward to a great party in this great city with so many great people..."

As of press time, the photo has 574 likes, 11 shares and 20 comments.
