ANGELES CITY --Former Justice Secretary Silvestre “Bebot” Bello has vowed to push for the creation of a peace commission.

In his visit in Pampanga and Angeles City Monday, Bello said that there will be no economic development without peace and order.

"Paano pupunta ang mga investors dito sa ating bansa kung nagkakagulo tayo dito?” he said.

Bello also said he will work to improve the justice system in the country.
