HONG KONG -- Two pilots and 11 passengers on board a Hong Kong helicopter on Saturday survived a crash into the southern Chinese territory's Victoria Harbor.

All 13 on board suffered non-life threatening injuries, Hong Kong police spokesman Horace Chan said. Two were confirmed with light injuries, while the others were sent to a local hospital for further checkups, Chan said.

Hong Kong's Cable TV reported that the helicopter had mechanical problems and was forced to make an emergency landing onto Victoria Harbor. The broadcaster quoted an unidentified witness as saying the aircraft glided into the water at a trajectory.

Hong Kong's radio RTHK reported on its website that the helicopter belongs to a company that runs every-half hour services between the territory and the neighboring Chinese gambling enclave Macau. (AP)
