Jeepney driver found dead in Minglanilla, Cebu

A 35-YEAR-OLD jeepney driver was found dead around 4 a.m. on Monday, May 22, on a riverbank in Barangay Manduang, Minglanilla, Cebu.

The victim, identified as Wilven Sasan, was found with several gunshot wounds on his head and body by the operatives of the Minglanilla Police Station.

Joe Bastida, a resident living near the crime scene, told the police that he heard gunfire outside his house and that he saw an unidentified man onboard a motorcycle just a few meters away from where Sasan’s body was found.
