Nacionalista Party goes to Cavite (3:47 p.m.)

MANILA -- The Nacionalista Party (NP) headed by their standard bearer Senator Manuel Villar visited Cavite Friday morning.

A mini political rally was held at the covered court of Barangay 1 Julugan, Tanza Cavite.

Villar's running mate Senator Loren Legarda graced the rally. Also the party’s nine senatorial bets, including Colonel Ariel Querubin's son Martin who is representing his father.

Senator Ramon "Bong" Revilla, Senator Pia Cayetano, and Susan Ople were not able to attend the event.

As of this posting Friday, NP will have a caucus with the party's provincial leaders in Naic, Cavite.

There will also be a market tour in Bulihan, Silang and will be followed by a political rally at General Mariano Alvarez covered court. (Glaiza Jarloc/Sunnex)
