"Don't get me wrong but I speak on behalf of the athletes, coaches and trainers. Dili lalim mag-prepare for a national level game for a short span of time. When the announcement came out, it was a month and a half to go before December so excited ang tanan. For our part in the LGU (local government unit), we have to make the necessary paper works and complete everything in detail, so dali-dali jud ang tanan."
Niya pa ang PSC di makahatag og saktong tubag mahitungod sa sitwasiyon sa PNG.
"Halos tanang tawo sa PSC amoa na lang ginatawagan to ask if the preparation is okay because we also need to make arrangements with the athletes in terms of transportation and billeting as we didn't want to worry the athletes," niya pa.
Niya pa nga way official statement gihatag ang PSC diin ang ilang nadawat sulat lang sa tanang LGUs nga dunay PNG.
"We tried calling Commissioner Ramon Fernadez but he cannot be reached since he was in Beijing. Since the office of the PSC couldn't give us a definite answer so didto nako naglagot kay we (LGU's) are entitled to information we should be getting because we are responsible for the arrangements," eksplikar ni Aportadera.
Ang nakamaayo wala una mipalit og tiket ang SDD-CMO sa mga atleta ug staff, "I cannot question the ability of the chairman. I admire his guts and bravery because he really stood up. Kana lang, the professionalism side of the PSC because I'm sure dili lang Davao City ang naapektuhan kondi tanan gyud."
